  Dr. Shasti and his team are one of the best, we went to see him for my mom’s lower back pain a couple of weeks ago and our experience was just phenomenal. From the moment we walked into this pristine practice we felt welcomed and were greeted with a big smile by his friendly front desk staff. We also felt very safe during COVID-19 pandemic knowing how seriously they take precautionary measures to reassure patient’s safety and well-bring. My mom has been suffering from lower back pain for some years now and we have seen many different specialists from Orthopedic doctors to Neurosurgeons, however our experience with Dr. Shasti has been the most pleasant. We felt very comfortable and at ease in his presence, he has such a great demeanor and bed side manner that brings so much peace to his patients. My mom tends to stress out and gets worried a lot, she was very calm in her appointment with Dr. Shasti. He took his time explaining all the details and made the terms easy to understand for us. He laid all her options on the table and did not push us for a decision. We felt we could comfortably trust his honest opinion in order to make the best and wisest decision. I’m so happy we chose Dr. Shasti as my mom’s specialist doctor and now we know she’ll be in such great hands if we decide surgery is the way to go. That said, we never felt pushed for a decision and that alone was such a relief on our end. If anyone is looking for a doctor who cares and actually takes the time to listen to your concerns he will be your to go to doctor.
